We're looking for an energetic, passionate, and commercially minded Farm Shop & Restaurant Manager to lead and grow our farmshop & kitchen.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact - helping shape the future direction of the business, championing local produce, creating exciting events, and building a welcoming community space that people love to visit.

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and develop the team, drive sales and profitability, ensure excellent food safety standards, and create exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the daily operation of the farmshop and kitchen/restaurant working closely with our fantastic head chef and the wider team.
Driving sales, profitability, and business growth.
Managing stock, labour, waste, and operational performance.
Developing seasonal promotions, events, workshops, and community activities.
Championing local suppliers and farm-produced products, working with our very own farm.
Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a destination experience.
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Maintaining exceptional food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience in retail, hospitality, farmshop, café, restaurant or food service management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.
A genuine enthusiasm for local food, farming, and community engagement.
Someone with the drive, creativity, and passion to take ownership and make things happen
