Chef de Partie
Cow & Sow - Whiteladies Road
Cow & Sow is a restaurant built around exceptional local produce, thoughtful cooking and genuine hospitality.
At the heart of what we do is our connection to the land. Our own farm supplies our restaurants with seasonal vegetables and produce, giving our chefs a unique opportunity to work with ingredients at their very best, from field to plate. We champion local suppliers, seasonality and quality, and our menus evolve with the produce available to us.
We are now looking for an ambitious and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play an important role in delivering the high standards for which Cow & Sow is known.
The Role
Working alongside an experienced and highly regarded kitchen and management team, you will be responsible for maintaining consistently high standards throughout preparation and service.
This is an opportunity to work with exceptional seasonal produce, develop your culinary skills and contribute to a kitchen that places quality and provenance at the centre of everything it does.
You will:
- Prepare and cook dishes to an exceptional standard, with a strong focus on quality, seasonality and presentation.
- Work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including seasonal produce from our own farm.
- Maintain excellent standards of preparation, organisation, cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Take pride in consistency and attention to detail across every service.
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Contribute ideas and creativity as we continually evolve our menus and offering.
- Learn and develop through hands-on experience within a driven and supportive kitchen.
- Uphold the standards and values that underpin the Cow & Sow brand.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant or professional kitchen who is passionate about food and wants to take their career to the next level.
You will be:
- Passionate about exceptional food and quality ingredients.
- Excited by seasonality, local produce and cooking with ingredients at their peak.
- Detail-focused, organised and proud of the food you produce.
- Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced kitchen.
- A positive and committed team player.
- Curious and keen to learn, develop and broaden your culinary skills.
- Confident enough to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the kitchen.
- Ambitious, professional and eager to progress within a growing business.
