New opening: Cow & Sow is coming to Birmingham. Launching end of November, full team required.

Cow & Sow will be a fast paced, busy restaurant serving the freshest local produce, unique cocktails and fantastic wines. We pride ourselves on our success to deliver top quality food and service within a warm and friendly environment.

The candidate will be fully trained on all in-house processes associated with running a successful restaurant. The company insists on attention to detail and a personable approach to service.

The successful applicant will work alongside a highly regarded kitchen and management team to create and deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. They will be able to run the kitchen operation when the Head Chef is out of the business, ensuring that standards and safety are maintained.

Competitive pay with additional gratuities of circa £200 - £300 per week for full time staff (an extra £10400 - £15600 a year)
