We're looking for an energetic, passionate and customer-focused Farmshop Manager/Supervisor to join our farmshop team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves food, retail and hospitality, enjoys working with people, and wants to play a key role in creating a welcoming farmshop destination that people love to visit.

Working closely with the General and Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the farmshop team day-to-day, ensuring the shop is beautifully presented, well stocked and our customers receive an exceptional experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and supporting the farmshop team, ensuring the smooth running of each shift.
Creating a friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable customer experience.
Overseeing the presentation, availability and quality of farmshop products.
Supporting opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily shop operations.
Monitoring stock levels, deliveries, ordering and minimising waste.
Ensuring products are correctly priced, labelled and displayed to a consistently high standard.
Sharing knowledge of our products, local producers and seasonal ranges with customers and the team.
Dealing confidently and professionally with customer questions, requests and feedback.
Supporting seasonal promotions, events and new product launches.
Working closely with the restaurant and wider team to create a joined-up customer experience.
Supporting and developing team members, helping new colleagues settle into the team.
Maintaining excellent food safety, health & safety and compliance standards.
Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the farmshop when required.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in retail, farmshop, hospitality, food or customer service.
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience would be beneficial.
A genuine passion for great food, local produce and exceptional customer service.
Friendly, confident and approachable with excellent communication skills.
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is happy to lead by example.
A good understanding of food safety, health & safety and retail standards.
A genuine enthusiasm for local food, farming and community.
Someone with energy, initiative and a positive attitude.
A good eye for detail and pride in creating a beautiful, well-presented shop.
