We champion local suppliers, seasonality and quality, and our menus evolve with the produce available to us.</p><p><br /></p><p>We are now looking for an ambitious and passionate <strong>Chef de Partie</strong> to join our kitchen team and play an important role in delivering the high standards for which Cow &amp; Sow is known.</p><h4><br /></h4><h4>The Role</h4><p>Working alongside an experienced and highly regarded kitchen and management team, you will be responsible for maintaining consistently high standards throughout preparation and service.</p><p>This is an opportunity to work with exceptional seasonal produce, develop your culinary skills and contribute to a kitchen that places quality and provenance at the centre of everything it does.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Prepare and cook dishes to an exceptional standard, with a strong focus on quality, seasonality and presentation.</li><li>Work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including seasonal produce from our own farm.</li><li>Maintain excellent standards of preparation, organisation, cleanliness and food hygiene.</li><li>Take pride in consistency and attention to detail across every service.</li><li>Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.</li><li>Contribute ideas and creativity as we continually evolve our menus and offering.</li><li>Learn and develop through hands-on experience within a driven and supportive kitchen.</li><li>Uphold the standards and values that underpin the Cow &amp; Sow brand.</li></ul><p><br /></p><h4>About You</h4><p>We are looking for someone with previous experience in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant or professional kitchen who is passionate about food and wants to take their career to the next level.</p><p>You will be:</p><ul><li>Passionate about exceptional food and quality ingredients.</li><li>Excited by seasonality, local produce and cooking with ingredients at their peak.</li><li>Detail-focused, organised and proud of the food you produce.</li><li>Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced kitchen.</li><li>A positive and committed team player.</li><li>Curious and keen to learn, develop and broaden your culinary skills.</li><li>Confident enough to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the kitchen.</li><li>Ambitious, professional and eager to progress within a growing business.</li></ul><p><br /></p><h4>A Chance to Grow With Us</h4><p>Cow &amp; Sow is a business with ambition.
