<h3>Launching October 2026</h3><p><br /></p><p>We&#39;re looking for an energetic, passionate, and talented Chef de Partie to join our farmshop &amp; kitchen team.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about great food, local produce and seasonal cooking, and who wants to play an important role in creating a welcoming destination that people love to visit.</p><p>Working closely with our Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you&#39;ll take responsibility for your section, ensuring consistently high standards of food preparation, cooking and presentation. You&#39;ll champion fresh, seasonal ingredients, support the smooth running of the kitchen, and help us deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.</p><p><br /></p><h3>What You&#39;ll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Taking responsibility for your designated kitchen section and ensuring it runs smoothly throughout service.</li><li>Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard, following our recipes and kitchen standards.</li><li>Completing daily mise en place and ensuring your section is fully prepared for service.</li><li>Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver an efficient and well-organised service.</li><li>Making the most of fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce, including ingredients from our own farm where available.</li><li>Supporting the development and delivery of seasonal dishes and specials.</li><li>Maintaining excellent standards of food quality, presentation, portion control and consistency.</li><li>Ensuring your section is kept clean, organised and fully stocked throughout service.</li><li>Following all food safety, hygiene, health &amp; safety and allergen procedures.</li><li>Monitoring stock levels on your section, supporting stock rotation and helping to minimise food waste.</li><li>Supporting deliveries, preparation and storage of ingredients when required.</li><li>Working efficiently during busy services while maintaining a calm, positive and professional approach.</li><li>Supporting and mentoring Commis Chefs and other kitchen team members when required.</li><li>Contributing ideas and enthusiasm to help continually improve our food, kitchen operation and guest experience.</li></ul><p><br /></p><h3>What We&#39;re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie, or in a similar professional kitchen role.</li><li>A genuine passion for cooking, quality food and seasonal ingredients.</li><li>Good knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation and cooking techniques.</li><li>A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.</li><li>Someone who takes pride in their work and consistently maintains high standards.</li><li>Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure during busy services.</li><li>A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively with chefs and the wider team.</li><li>An enthusiasm for local food, farming and making the most of great seasonal produce.</li><li>Someone with the creativity, drive and passion to contribute ideas and make a real difference in the kitchen.</li></ul><p><br /></p><h3>Staff Perks</h3><ul><li>A paid day on our Kitchen Farm - Every year, take a paid day away from the kitchen and spend it with our Head Grower on our own farm.
